Dr. Hari Sandhya Rani is a leading and renowned Gynecologist in Telangana with more than 35 years of rich professional experience in the field. In her illustrious career as specialist in Obstetrics & Gynecology , Dr. Hari Sandhya Rani has performed approx 10,000 surgeries so far and have gracefully managed patients. She was recipient of the “BEST MEDICAL OFFICER AWARD from the District Collector”. Guided many post graduates in their dissertation work. She rendered her services as secretary, IAPM-AP Chapter from 2007-2010. She had performed nearly 100 Caesarian Section and Hysterectomy operations for HIV positive patients. She Participated in various conferences in the departments of Pathology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Infertility and Ultrasound. She Published papers in various Medical Journals.

- Joined in Government Service as Medical Officer at PHC Sangem on 21.01.1985 through APPSC selection
- Post-graduation in M.D. (Pathology) at KMC, Warangal from 13.09.1988 – 11.9.1991
- Joined as Tutor in Pathology department at KMC, Warangal on 13.09.1991.
- Teaching assignment as Asst. Professor in the department of Pathology, KMC, Warangal started on 25.10.1991.
- DGO (Diploma in Gynecology & Obstetrics) from KMC, Warangal from 02.05.1997 to 02.05.1999.
- Civil Asst. Surgeon in the Family Planning Department (PPP unit), CKM Maternity Hospital, Warangal, from 18.06.1999 to 2003
- Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology, KMC, Warangal in 2003 to 2011.
- Promoted as Professor and posted to the Department of Pathology, King George Medical College, Vishakhapatnam in 2011. Worked there till 2014.
- Professor and HOD in the Department of Pathology, KMC, Warangal from 2014 to 2016.
- Promoted as Additional Director and posted as Principal, KMC, Warangal from 2016 to 31.03.2017 (until retirement).
- Presently working as Principal, Father Colombo Institute of Medical Sciences, Warangal, a private institution
- Received the BEST MEDICAL OFFICER AWARD from the District Collector in 1987 for performing highest number of family planning operations
- Was appointed as Inspector by the Medical Council of India and have visited and assessed various medical colleges in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra as MCI Inspector.
- Received Meritorius Award three times from the District Collector.
- Visited as Inspector and Team Leader for establishment of 18 Blood Banks at different places like Khammam, Bhadrachalam, Warangal, Karimnagar and Sircilla
- Guided many post graduates in their dissertation work
- Was examiner for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in Pathology, and also for the Dental, B.Sc. (MLT) students
- Rendered my services as Secretary, IAPM-AP Chapter from 2007 – 2010
- She was the Organizing Secretary for the 25th IAPM State Chapter Conference held in the year 2007.
- She had conducted mid-term CME of IAPM on Paediatric Pathology in 2016.
- She was the President of IAPM from 2016 – 2022.
- Presently an Executive Member in the Indian Red Cross, Warangal. She is working as a Technical Committee Member in the Indian Red Cross, Warangal.
- She Extended her services to the tribal people through Indigenous Development Organizationat Kothagudem.
- She had rendered her services as Chief Warden to the Ladies Hostel, KMC, Warangal for the period 2005 – 2010
- As a President of Inner Wheel Club, She participated in many social activities.
- She organized many Medical Camps and CME programmes during my tenure as the President of IMA, Warangal Branch.
- Felicitated many Women Dignitaries on the event of International Women’s Day.
